Please guide us how to avoid Service Tax on reimbursement of expenses like rent,Professional fees, utility bills & other expenses if parent company incurred expenses on behalf of other Company. say Main Company X & its subsidiary Company Y.

For such reimbursement of actual expenses no service tax applicable.
