Dear All
We are ssi unit and our party is pvt. Ltd. and partner ship firm, they are denyed to pay our payment so please advise me how i can get this amount. or i shoul put any case on them

If any party dont pay you the debt.....then you dont have any option other than to take help of the court. There is no relation of this case with ssi / non-ssi etc.
Firstly issue notices to the parties informing that you are about to file a claim if they dont pay you the debt immedietly. If they dont comply with the notice then meet a good lawyer and seek his advises for the same.
