how file income tax return late
income from business and misc
still i have not fill my personal itr 0f FY 2012-2013 AY 2013-2014 i m working self employed but no records are maintained but i want to fill my personal itr of this year Net income 362990+ approx. lakhs late so how much tax n interest n other charges have to pay if i fill my its by the end of october 2013 income from my visa n misc im not getting good ca coz they charge mch for company itr n other work plz tell me how much exp for add new dir and remove dir and change designation as well i hav digital sign as well thanks plz reply asap

Tax rules permit assesses to file their returns pertaining to two preceding financial years, even after the expiry of the respective annual deadlines. "Tax-payers who haven't filed their tax return for the financial year 2012-13 can do so until March 31, 2014.
However, it is advisable to complete the process as soon as possible to avoid any possible penal interest, if there is tax to be paid. The I-T department charges a penal interest for every month of delay...
In fact, returns can be filed even till March 31, 2015. However, you will have to pay a penalty of up to Rs 5,000 if it is filed after March 31, 2014.

Agreed with Aryan sec 139(4) belated returns can be filled till 31.3.2014.
