we have one small doubt, we aren't paid service tax for last Ten months, Now we need impormation how do calculate service tax penalty.pls give detail.

20 January 2010 You need to calculate the Interest of 13% per annum and Penalty of Rs.200 per day during the such delay continues or 2% of such tax per month which ever is higher
