Sir,
I am going to make invoice with service tax.
is it necessary to show service tax , education cess & Secondary higher education cess separately or i can show only service tax @ 12.36%. Please Suggest me.

you can simply write service tax @12.36%

U have to charge 12.36% only single amount, no need to show cess separately.

Service tax and both education cess need to be show separately. It is mandatory.
I suggest to read the faq provided on cbec site.
