Hi
If a women has 3 houses and she liveing in her husband house, can she show in income tax as one house as self occupied, and remainting two houses she can pay income tax.

Yes one house can be shown as self occupied and the other two will be considered as deemed rental

But three houses are letout and not paid municipal tax, so how can municipal taxes to be deducted. All three houses are notary land.

If all the three house are let out, the income from house property has to be considered for all the three houses. Even though municipal tax is not paid, income tax has to be paid for the same.
