Hi,
I have some confusion regarding Fixed Assets in hotel industry.
A Hotel has the expenditure of rs. 200000/-
in CFL and Bulb. Do we need to capitalize this ?

It does not depend on type of industry from AS 10 point of view. Materiality of the amount is also considered in decision. Both views exist.
