what percentage of service tax levied on home delivery charges...also service tax number require on invoice..?

Its normal 15%. Yup if Service Tax element is present in the invoice then ST Registration number must b there in the invoice.

ST is not applicable on home delivery of food items as per C No. ST-20/STD/Misc./Sevottam/62/12/4693 dated August 13, 2015. But other than that Service Tax is applicable on Home delivery as Service is provided by the courier Company.
