Helper allowance exemption???

Dear Experts,
If i show Helper Allowance in my CTC then it will be taxable or not, If i submit the cash vouchers as Driver's Salary or Servant Salary even though i don't have any Car, driver or servant at my home.....
i.e fake cash vouchers submitted to HR
Pls. help me out.

Helper allowance on office duty is exempt if it is spent fully.
