GTA Credit relating to Out Ward Transportation

We are making GTA payment towards PLA whether we are eligible for aviling CENVAT Credit for the same.

It is certainly an input service and therefore you would be eligible for the credit.
There was some controversy on outrward frieght for some time which we understand has been resolved by the larger bench in GTC/ ABB case. However final decision is pending.
