One of my friends GSTR 3B for the month of july need to be filed. Is liability is around 100000. Can i file the same now?? If yes, please help me with the interest and penalty part???

Yes you can pay now. No late fee charged for July month but for August late fees charged

Alao you have to pay interest @18% drom due date to date of payment.

You have to pay interest @ 18% p.a. for any delayed payment. Penalty of Rs.200/- per day for non filing of return will be charged.

Thank you sir. But what i heard was there is no penalty and interest on july month GST. Is that true??

Yes. No penalty for late filing for July, but interest is applicable.

Penalty for July waived off only.
You have to pay interest on it.....
