GST related to profit sharing on two different entities

16 September 2017 I am having a client who runs a business as hotel and bar.with 2 different registration under GST with same location.. profit of bar is more and. food business is in loss. I want to transfer of profit of bar to food business..what's a GST impact.and any way to avoid gst

16 September 2017 client take premises with bar licence on lease. and bar bills are with that licence person name.so he want to transfer that profit in his food business
