we are running business of trading, mfg as well as service business of there is required separate registrations for each business.

Single registration is enough for all these activities. Declare the business details in the registration.

If you want you can do it. In terms of Sub-Section (2) of Section 19, a person having multiple business verticals in a State may obtain a separate registration for each business vertical, subject to such conditions as may be prescribed.
