Un packed jaggery is exempt from GST.
All types of jaggery, pre-packaged and labelled are exigible to GST at 5%.

if purchased from kolhu and filled that gur in used sugar bags and sold further in Mandi. Than it would be treated as packed or unpacked ? Please mention notification / entry no. regarding exemption.
