MY CLIENT PURCHASES LAND FROM THE LAND OWNER BUT EXECUTES SALE CUM GPA INSTEAD OF SALE DEED. AFTER PURCHASE, HE DEVELOPS THE LAND AND SELL THE SAME TO ULTIMATE CUSTOMERS. IS THERE ANY GST APPLICABLE ON THIS TRANSACTION?

Exactly sir. But here the issue is that the client purchasing land from land owner by executing SALE CUM GPA but not SALE DEED. in such a case, is there any service that the client rendering to land owner because he is acquiring land by executing SALE CUM GPA document, developing such land and selling the same
