07 February 2018 1. A person has interstate purchases and his Turnover is below 10 lakhs. The sales are made within the state only. Is he liable to pay GST?

2. If he is liable to pay GST, can he opt for composition scheme?

07 February 2018 1. if person is registered , he needs to pay other wise no registration required if turnover less than 20 lakhs (10 Spec Sates)
2. Composition is available for manufacturer , trader and restaurant . If you falls any of the category he can opt for composition. ( Composition not applicable for other service provider and Manufacturer of ice cream, pan masala, or tobacco)
