Sir we are a tour operator..we have to pay reverse charge 5prcent on transport service..can we adjust paid amout on our gst laibility??

So client have to pay gst twice..one we had already paid to gst on reverse charge will charge from client..nd second on sale of tour we have to pay gst again..so will charge same from client.

Yes, thats what you will have to do.
You can at the most amend your contract with transport agency to pay them less as you are bearing the tax liability.

Commission will be charged at 18% rate. Generally itc is available if it is in course or furtherance of business
