Dear Sir/Mam
in my llp firm previous year turn over is 20,27,000.00 in my llp firm apply only Service Tax And TDS so i need to apply in GST . If you say Yes so what is the procedure for apply and what is the time for apply for GST.

Yes, GST registration for service tax assessees starts from 1st January.

Yes. LLP has service tax registration number so u have to apply for GST number in migration period.
Migration period of Service Tax registration into GST is 1st January,2017 to 31st Januray,2017.
First obtain provisional ID from department website, then upload all required documents on GST portal. On successful registration, GSTIN will be issued to you.
Documents required for registration are as follows :
1. Mobile Number
2. Valid Email ID
3. State
4. Reason of liability to obtain registration
5. Copy of PAN Card
6. Legal Name of Business
7. Address Proof of Business.
8. Address proof of Promoters/ Partners/ Karta of HUF/ Trustees/ Proprietor/ Authorized signatory, whichever is applicable.
9. Opening page of Bank Passbook / Statement containing Bank Account Number, Address of Branch, Address of Account holder and few transaction details (PDF and JPEG format in maximum size of 1 MB)
10. Proof of Constitution of Business : (PDF and / or JPEG format in maximum size of 1 MB)
I. In case of Partnership firm: Partnership Deed of Partnership Firm (Attested by Notary)
II. In case of Others: Registration Certificate of the Business Entity
11. Proof of Appointment of Authorized Signatory (from Promoters/ Partners/Karta of HUF/ Trustees/ Proprietor etc.)
12. Photograph of Promoters/ Partners/ Karta of HUF/ Trustees/ Proprietor/ Authorized signatory, whichever is applicable.(JPEG format in maximum size of 100 KB)
