An individual runs his small tea canteen in slum area having daily turnover of around Rs. 8,000 ( Rs. 28,80,000/- yearly). He runs his business in rented premises.
He is selling his one tea cup at Rs. 10/- and also selling biscuits and cakes. His total purchases like milk, pastry etc. is from unregistered dealers.
My query is that - Whether GST applies to his business? Please clarify. Regards Hayedar Shaikh
