The GST Act is yet to be passed. Wait for announcement.

As suggested by expert till date there is no Official Announcement has been made by ICAI regarding applicability of GST for 2016 Exams. I personally feel that the same may become be applicable for Nov. 2016 Exams.
Keep a watch on ICAI announcements in this regard.
