Is it necessary to execute a Gift Deed on a Stamp Paper of Rs. 100/-. And if someone received a gift during 2012-13 and no Gift Deed executed then. Now the case is under scrutiny can it be executed at present date giving the actual date of received.

Gift deed for other than immovable property can be in plain paper. You can do it now.
