can i get home loan in my name showing my husband income details. currently my husband is in USA and i am in india. we are planning to buy home in india .
In NRI home loan interst is high compared to normal.
so can i get loan in my name?

04 August 2011 If you can manage to get the loan then what is your source of income to re-pay it. If you are really looking for buying a house in India then ask your husband to send money from US and buy the flat.

The loan without any source of income cannot be obtained. Yes it can be obtained in the name of your husband but who will be the grantor?
