A firm , dealer of an automobile Co., pays freight through vehicle invoice generated by the manufacturer.
there is no direct interaction between the cargo company and the firm
will it attract liability under service tax

It seems that freight is being paid as part of sales invoice. thus firm should not be liable for service tax
