27 November 2017 No GST payable on non GTA truck owners. GST payable under RCM if you are a GST registered dealer.

28 November 2017 GTA services and supply of exempted goods are two different supplies. Hence fro freight charges paid to GTA RCM would be applicable.

29 November 2017 i am Registered In GST dealing in excempted good . my truck is used by related party for sale of excempted goods and they paid to me freight . freight is my other income . please tell me gst is applicable for me because i am truck owner not registered in GTA.
