15 December 2009 For Registration of Public Ltd. Co. ,the directors have to submit a STATEMENT IN LIEU OF PROSPECTUS as per schedule 3 to R.O.C. Can someone supply me the proforma in which details of concerned co. can be filled for submission to r.o.c.Thanks in advance
