PL. CLARIFY WHETHER WE HAVE TO ISSUE F FORM
FOR STOCK TRANSFER RECEIVED, ON MONTHLY BASIS OR ON QUARTERLY BASIS.

You have to issue on monthly basis , receiver should file quarterly with the department.

Yes you Have to issued Monthly basis but receiver submit return of form c,d,e,f,g,h etc quarterly basis.
