When we require to issue Form C ,H,F , E I & E II ? Please explain in detail.

26 May 2009 Form C - Form for claiming concessional rate of tax in the course of inter-state sale. Issued by purchaser during inter-state sales.

Form H - Form for penultimate sale for export. Issued by exporter to dealer making penultimate sale for export.

Form F - Transfer other than by sale of goods. Issued by agent/branch to principal/HO.

Form E1- Original interstate sale u/s 6(1). Issued by seller during movement of goods.

Form EII - Interstate sale by transfer of documents of title to goods. Issued by seller on subsequent sale u/s 6(2).
