11 February 2010 my query is, i m in manufacturing firm. we have local purchases as well as interstate purchases, and we sale 100% export.
so how we get vat refund?
and could we the get vat refund on lacol as well as interstate purchases?

12 February 2010 yes refund can be claimed for local purchases, but the exported item should not exempt from tax by any schdule, notification/ public circular.
CST is refundable only if you are 100% EOU.
