IF WE ARE ELIGIBLE TO FILE FORM ADT-1 EVERY YEAR THE IN SECOND YEAR WHO MUCH PERIOD WE APPOINT THE AUDITOR.

if you appoint an auditor for a term not exceeding 5 years then you need not to file ADT-1 in the next year
