I AM UNABLE TO FIND / OPEN WEBSITE WHERE CENTRAL SALES TAX (GUJARAT) RULES 1970 IS AVAILABLE. I WANT FORM 5(B) i. e. APPOINTMENT OF MANAGER AND ACCEPTING RESPONSIBILITIES

Visit the web site Gujarat Government Commercial Tax department(www.gujcomtax.gov.in).In that click on top items list "forms",then 'CST',then you get the list of CST forms including 5B,click on it, Form 5B of Gujarat CST rules will open.It may be in gujarati or English,take a print and use it......mjk

Some book stalls may sell it in English or in any book on VAT Act of Gujarat will be having English version of the same form..mjk
