28 September 2015 is it neccessary to submit form 27c to income tax department on monthly basis?
if no than what is the time limit to submit the same.Please suggest

29 September 2015 Do comply & give all the details & Take sign & stamp of the person receiving the same. then its there problem not yours.

But yeah make sure you fill all the details requiredin from 27 C.
