Dear All,
Is it possible to issue form 16 part A to the employee whose tax has not been deducted in the FY 2013-14 (income under Rs. 200000) we had issued him Part B.
There have a query from employee when he went to Bank for Housing loan they deny part B they are asking for Part A.

Yes you can issue Part A with zero entries. You will have to prepare the Part A manually since TDS has not been deducted.

You can not issue Part A manually issue salary certificate as no deduction made.
