If in Form 16, company has given me HRA but not give deduction u/s 10 b'coz of non submit of rent receipt. But rent is paid.
Can i can myself claim the deuction u/s 10 and can get refund of tax
What figures to be fill in ITR in Form 16 coulmn as ther is written to copy it as same in form 16.
