Can a corporate company provide Excess Form 16 to employee, hence while submitting the income tax declaration they are not showing Housing Loan and Interest. Once the Investment proof submission time only the employees are declared. but tax is deducted based on IT Declaration.
hence my query whether we can give form 16 excess K.Kasiraman
in case any extra TAX amount deducted from your salary, you can get REFUND from income tax dept by i.t return filing. No problem you can get REFUND that extra tax amount.
