25 April 2010 WHAT SHOULD AN ASSESSEE DO WHEN HE RECEIVES FORM 15H/15G FROM ANY PERSON . IN OTHER WORDS :
1. SHOULD HE KEEP THE FORM IN HIS RECORD
2. IS HE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THE FORM TO THE IT DEPARTMENT . IF YES UPTO WHICH DATE , AND HOW
3. UNDER WHICH SECTION / RULE OF THE INCOME TAX ACT IS HE REQUIRED SUBMIT THE FORM.

25 April 2010 Assessee is required to keep the record of these form and produce at the time of TAX AUDIT........
he is not require to submit these forms to the income tax department..........

25 April 2010 1. Original the assessee, referred in the query, has to keep. - vide corollary to rule 29C(2).
2. Copy to be forwarded to the Chief Commissioner/ Commissioner with in seven days from the end of the month in which the form is received. - vide rule 29C(3)
