Dear Sir,
We are paying for the purchase of CAPEX Imported machinery parts. As per amendments with effect from 01/04/2016, No Form 15CA and Form15CB is required for the Imports and advance on Imports.
Now, I am understanding that Imports means it expands to CAPEX imports beside from Raw material imports only.
Please give your comments, in a case I am wrong please make me correct.

You are right imports include CAPEX imports.
