sir /madam
i am little confused whether i can use form 109 downlaoded from icai website
if yes can i take its print out on a paper other than a4 or only on a4 size paper
will icai approve my form 109 downlaoded from icai site

Yes, you can download it from ICAI Site and ICAI shall allowed it and approve, You can also take it print on other than A4 sheet, But the form available at ICAI Site is A4 sheet settings and format and in PDF format, so even you using legal size the print shall be permitted upto A4 size only on such legal paper.
