I am one man company. I want to pay foreign exchange for getting services from Newzealand. How much foreign exchange can I get from RBI for this purpose?. I don't have any dollars with me. Please guide.

Contact your bankers having foreign exchange dealings they will guide you. For genuine imports there is no constraint.
