Can I file my ITR for AY 17-18 after month of July ? And is there any penalty for filling after month of July ?

yes, you may do so.....normally,although said in the ACT, penalty is not levied for late filing of return

I heard that if I file ITR after month of July than I am liable for 1000 penalty
30 June 2017
the provision of penalty has been there since.......however Income Tax dept normally does not levy penalty
