09 August 2014 u/s 152(2) of the Companies Act, 2013 under which every Director of the Company was appointed in General meeting. weather First Director and Additional Director was Excluded U/s 152(2) of the Companies Act, 2013

pls Clarify

10 August 2014 Section 152(2) says “Save as otherwise expressly provided in this Act, every director shall be appointed by the company in general meeting.”

Provision related to appointment of first director and additional director are an exception to section 152(2). In this way your observation is right.
