the due date for submitting my form 108 has passed... so. i have to make a dd for the late fee... what do i write on the dd... in whos name is it to be made ...

you are required to make DD in favour of secretary,ICAI...nothing is required to be write on DD...Write your name,registration no,mobile no back of The DD
