PARTNERSHIP FIRM LIABLE TO TAX AUDIT UNDER INCOME TAX ACT
MY QUESTION IS
1 FIRM ONLY GIVEN INTEREST AND PROFIT TO ITS PARTNER (THERE IS NO WORKING PARTNER)
THEN WHICH LAST DATE WILL BE APPLICABLE FOR FILING OF INCOME TAX RETURN FOR A.Y 2018-19
FOR PARTNER.(INDIVISUAL)
DUE DATE 31-8-2018 OR 30-09-2018 ????????

Tax audit applicable to the firm, partner has to declare interest and profit of the firm in his return so due date of filing partner's return is 30/09/2018.
03 August 2018
If Tax audit is applicable to firm than partner will have time till 30 th Sept otherwise they have to file 31st July which extends till 31st Aug.
