10 April 2013 Hello Sir.....
I have not recd. my final registration letter yet. I submitted all documents as on 27th Feb. Where to ask about this except e - sahayata??

Plz reply me as soon as possible...

10 April 2013 It may take time to 2 to 3 months to get back the intimation from ICAI. So wait for some more days. However to know status of your registration according to my knowledge only the best way to get correct information is e-sahaayaataa because of by calling to ICAI they are not attending calls or properly not replies etc....

If you want then you may call to the BOS for your region.

11 April 2013 Thanks a lot....... I already asked about this in e - sahayata before 15 days but they have not answered yet. How can I know about my final attempt due without registration letter??

11 April 2013 Final attempt eligibility will depending on the completion of your articleship training period it not related to final registration and its period.

Those students who have completed 2 and half years of their articleship training period are eligible for final attempt for the immediate attempt after completion of 2 and half year of articleship period including excess leaves if any. So final registration date will not necessary to get the final eligibility attempt etc...

So if your articleship training period shall be completed 2 and half years by 30th April or 31st October then you shall eligible for May or November attempt respectively.

11 April 2013 However once again please re-post your query at e-sahaayataa some times due to the work busy or technical problems they may take long time to re-solve. One time i also face the same problem i get reply almost 15 days later from the date of post but they indicated will be resolve with in 4 days from the date of post but in between i re-post the query and i get the re-solve immediately.

However for my friend on 8th April,13 at 5.00 pm i post the query at e-sahayaataa automatic system replied will be resolve by 10th April,13 by 1.00 pm but they resolved my query on 9th April,13 by 10 am. So due to technical problems it may be lost or go by late so please re-post again.

How to re post query in e-sahaayataa?? whenever I login in e-sahaayataa they said that your grievance is in process.

I completed 2 years and 8 months articleship in 2010 than I filled form 109 for termination. Now again I re join the course and submit the form 103 for re registration. so that I am confused about final attempt due??

12 April 2013 I mean re-post means again post a new query at e-sahayaataa(not the re-submit the same posted query) i.e post a new query.

Can you let me know on which way you can to final i.e either through PCC or IPCC or PE-II to decide your eligibility for Final as well as is you not registered for final earlier. as well as is you send final registration form also along with form 103 now.

14 April 2013 Hello sir..

I submitted the form of conversion from pcc to ipcc in March12 and I appeared for ipcc nov12 and cleared both group. I submit the form 103 for remaining articleship period i.e. 8 months alongwith final registration form in feb13.

14 April 2013 Actually you are eligible for May 2013 attempt. Because of as on 1-5-2013 you are in the last six months of your articleship training period. So you are eligible for May 2013. So i think now you loose this attempt because of unknown of eligibility of this attempt to you etc.... So you can appear for November 2013.
