Dear Sir,
is it compulsory to file ST-3 Return and payment of service tax through online system?
is it compulsory to file ST-3 Return and payment of service tax through online system?

ST-3 return has to be filed online. For online payment there are certain conditions for which notification 1/2010 dated 19/2/2010 may be referred.
