Dear Sir,
Can company incorporated on 03.03.2015 file returns for the 13 months ending 31.03.2015 without any penalty ?

it seems u want to say company incorporated on 03.03.2014 because otherwise its one month only.
No company can not file so. It has to file two ITR's
1. From 03.03.14 to 31.03.14 FY 13-14 i.e. AY 14-15
&
2. 01.04.14 to 31.03.15 FY 14-15 i.e. AY 15-16
& AY 14-15 ITR will liable to pebaly of Rs. 5000 if & only if AO deems it feet.
No company can not file so. It has to file two ITR's
