Pl let me know the last date for filing ST -3 for the IInd quarter (July - Sept) 2012.

Normal return filing date for IInd qtr. is 25-10-12. No new notification announced for filling of IInd quarter ST-3. It is late due to applicability of Negative List from 1-7-12 , so it is necessary to update there return software & it is not updated till date. So last date of Ist QTR. is 25-11-12 & for IInd qtr. is not announced. so wet for new notification announced at www.aces.gov.in.
