Filing of return of company

Suppose the balance sheet of the company is audited but signature of the auditor could not obtained as the auditor is outside India also Tax audit report in form 3CA and 3CD are not ready. What will be consequences for filing of return. Please advise

Signature is the CONCLUSIVE evidence that the audit is completed. In the absence of signature by auditor, the company shall be at RISK of any change in the figure of profit to be offered for taxation.
