I have submitted my return of Income for the assessment year 2010 - 2011 last week. I want to know can I submit my return for the assessment year 2008-2009 & 2009-2010as I have not done so.Is there any problem in doing so.

Date of filing return for Ay 08-09 is over. You can submit belated return u/s 139(4) for Ay 09-10. But a penaly of Rs 5000/- can be imposed by AO u/s 271F
