Filing of income tax return

22 April 2016 i hv an income in form 26AS n corresponding tds to it but my assessed income in below bel for AY 2013-14 I want to file return now n claim refund for tds n show income as per form 26AS after ded its below bel.however i m not able to upload it online.wats the way of filing itr n claim refund of tds as early as possible for ay 2013-14.
