Dear Sir/Madam,
my friend residing in andhra pradesh. He was doing job multilevel marketing. He was earned some money . The company deduct tds for income, and issued tds certificate. approximately tds amount near by 6200/- . which form is he will filling. Manual filing accepting for income tax dept or efiling.
He was a pan number available . The range was tirupathi(A.p). The returns was filing chennai is it accept or filing only tirupathi range.

Form ITR-1 need to be file (Online & efiling both the options are available).
On the basis of PAN Get the jurisdiction and accordingly file the return of Income to the concerned authority.

@ Suresh ST-1 Form in income tax filing?
i think you want to say ITR-1
If he is getting Salary (TDS Certificate is Form No. 16)than ITR-1 otherwise file ITR-4 with Income & Expenditure A/C.

You have to file Online return because manual return you can not submit other than your income tax ward.
